After mapping them, we investigate these processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. For this we include key employees to uncover the pain points they experience and closely monitor the processes in action. Where possible we gather data and generate clear metrics to support the findings.

All gathered data, insights and conclusions are collected and processed into a report. This report is a final deliverable and includes a differentiated set of projects that can be undertaken to improve the organization’s objectives, including a estimation on budgets, timelines and risks. As these people will have important roles to fulfill in your operations, we do not aim to claim more time than absolutely needed.
If there is any documentation available or some IT systems that have gathered data, this could help elevate the quality of the business analysis we will perform here. We will need to make less assumptions and can take more data-driven decisions. All data we receive remains confidential and is only used within the scope of this work package.
To be able to fully understand the business processes, we need to also have a clear view on the organization. This includes the company premises, transport and project sites.
The goal of this analysis is to discover area’s of improvement to help reach business objectives. As this is critical information for future business strategies, we expect some management check-ins. This could be a check-in at the start and end of the assignment, but more regular check-ins are preferred.
